28 August 1963, Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy district, Dashoguz province.

Education:

1970 – 1980, Secondary School No. 24 in Koneurgench district of Dashoguz province.

1980 – 1985, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, graduated as a philologist and teacher of Turkmen language and literature.

Professional Experience:

1985 – 1986, Teacher of Turkmen language and literature at Secondary School No. 24 in Koneurgench district.

1986 – 1990, Instructor, deputy head of department, and head of department of the Komsomol district committee of Koneurgench; 

1990 – 1991, Head of the general department of the Koneurgench district executive committee; 

1991 – 1995, Deputy Head of the Koneurgench district education department.

1995 – 2007, Member of the Committee on science, education and culture of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. 

2007 – 2009, Chairperson of the Committee on science, education and culture of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. 

2009 – 2014, Member of the Committee on science, education and culture of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. 

January 2014 – present, Member of the Committee on science, education, culture and youth policy.

Deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII convocations.

Awarded with the medal of Turkmenistan «Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin» in 1996; the medal «Gaýrat» in 2001; the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 20 ýyllygyna» in 2011; the «Magtymguly Pyragy» medal in 2014; the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 30 ýyllygyna» in 2021, the badge «Türkmenistanyň ussat mugallymy» of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan; the order of Turkmenistan «Garaşsyz Türkmenistana bolan beýik söýgüsi üçin» in 2023; and the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplygynyň 30 ýyllygyna» in 2025. He is a laureate of the Youth Prize of Turkmenistan.
