1983 – 1993, Secondary School No. 14 in Ashgabat.
1993 – 1997, Turkmen Institute of Economics and Management, graduated as an economist.
Professional Experience:
1997 – 2001, Specialist of the cargo and automobile insurance department and deputy head of the personal property insurance department of «TIS» insurance joint-stock company.
2001 – 2005, State inspector of the methodology and inspections department, state tax inspector of the economic analysis department, chief state inspector of the tax system improvement division of the methodology administration, and assistant to the chairman of the Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan.
2005 – 2008, Assistant to the Minister of Economy and Finance of Turkmenistan, assistant to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, and assistant to the hyakim of Ahal province.
2008 – 2010, Chief specialist of the subsection for financing social sphere expenditures of the consolidated budget department and Head of the financial reporting analysis and consolidation department of the Main Finance and Economy Department of Ahal province.
2010 – 2014, Deputy head of the Main Finance and Economy Department of Ahal province,
2014 – 2015, Deputy head of the Main Finance and Economy Department of Ashgabat city, and
2015 – 2018, Head of the Main Finance and Economy Directorate of Ahal province.
April 2018 – May 2021, Deputy chairperson of the Committee on economic issues of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.
