Education:
1965 – 1975, Secondary School No. 42 in the former Gubadag district of Dashoguz province.
1975 - 1980, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, graduated as a veterinary doctor.
Professional Experience:
1980 - 2000, Senior and chief veterinarian of the «Amyderya» farmers' association in the former Gubadag district of Dashoguz province, a veterinarian-serologist at the district veterinary laboratory, and a senior veterinarian and head of the veterinary service.
2000 – 2005, Head of the Agriculture Department of the administration of the former Gubadag district of Dashoguz province, chairman of the district Agricultural Joint-Stock Company, and deputy chairman of the «Obahyzmat» agricultural joint-stock company.
2005 - 2008 Chairman of the former Gubadag district association of Trade Unions of Dashoguz province.
2008 – 2009, Deputy hyakim for agriculture of the former Gurbansoltan eje district.
2009 - 2011, Hyakim of the former Gubadag district.
2011 – 2012, Deputy hyakim of Dashoguz province for agriculture.
April - July 2012, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and head of the Land Resources Service under the Ministry.
2012 - 2014, Minister of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.
April - October 2014, Head of the Economic Analysis Section of the Agricultural Sectors Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
