Education:

1981 – 1991 he studied at Secondary School No. 3 in Gokdepe district of Ahal province. 

1991 – 1995, S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, graduated in Accounting and Control of Economic Activities.

Professional Experience:

1995 – 1998, Chief economist of the «Hurmantgökje» farmers' association of Gokdepe district, Ahal province.

1998 – 2004, State tax inspector of the inspection department of the State Tax Service for Gokdepe district, Ahal province.

2004 – 2005, Cashier at the Shorgala village branch of the state commercial bank «Daýhanbank» in Gokdepe district, Ahal province. 

2005 – 2010, Second-category specialist, acting head of the statistics department of Gokdepe district, Ahal province.

2010 – 2012, Head of the statistics department of Gokdepe district, Ahal province. 

2012 – 2013, First-category specialist of the economy and consumer division of the hyakimlik of Ak bugday district of Ahal province. 

August – December 2013, Secretary of the Ahal provincial committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.

December 2013 – present, Chairman of the Ahal provincial committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.

Deputy of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan of the IV, V and VII convocations. Member of the Committee for working with local authorities and local self-governance bodies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.

Awarded with the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «Türkmenistanyň Garaşsyzlygynyň 25 ýyllygyna» in 2016, and the medal of Turkmenistan «Watana bolan söýgüsi üçin» in 2025.
