The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a regular online meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers to consider a number of corresponding issues of state life.

Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova was the first to take the floor and informed on the legislative activity carried out by the related legislative body.

As she informed, at present, the working group created in the Parliament develops the bills aimed at legal support of various branches of economy, social policy, and protection of the rights, freedom and legitimate interests of the individual, improvement of election system according to adopted programs for social and economic development of our fatherland.

She also received the credentials from the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada, meetings with plenipotentiaries of Uzbekistan and Armenia to discuss issues of expansion of cooperation between the friendly countries, based on principles of equality and trust.

Summing up the information, head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted importance of development of modern laws hereinafter.
